Paley & Paley Education
Project Development, Education Consultancy and Community Support
Supporting schools, charities and community organisations to plan, deliver and evidence meaningful educational and social projects.Â
Paley and Paley Education is a family-run consultancy led by a husband, wife, son and daughter team. We support schools, charities, voluntary organisations and community groups across the UK to plan, develop, manage and evidence educational, social and charitable projects.
We specialise in working with grassroots organisations, marginalised communities and faith communities, helping them build strong, practical projects that meet real local needs. Our work often focuses on groups that face barriers linked to poverty, isolation, culture, language, disability, family crisis, mental health, limited confidence or lack of access to mainstream services.
We provide practical support across project development, community engagement, safeguarding, project management, education consultancy, monitoring, evaluation and reporting. Our role is to help organisations turn good ideas into structured, deliverable projects with clear aims, safe systems and meaningful outcomes.
We help organisations design and deliver projects that support children, young people, parents, families, vulnerable adults and isolated community members.
We support schools and educational settings with curriculum planning, safeguarding, SEN, behaviour, assessment, school improvement and staff development.
We assist with planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, funder reporting, risk assessment, safeguarding systems and practical administration.
We believe strong community projects are built through trust, listening and practical support. We help organisations build bridges between funders, community leaders, families, schools, volunteers and service users, so that projects are not only well planned but also realistic, accessible and meaningful.
